What is the Lymphatic System?

The lymphatic system is a vital part of your immune system. It's a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste, and other unwanted materials. Unlike the circulatory system, which has the heart to pump blood, the lymphatic system relies on movement and pressure to circulate fluid.

How MLD Works

MLD is a very gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid. It uses light, skin-stretching strokes to encourage the fluid to move towards the lymph nodes, where it can be filtered and drained.
